Acceptable Use You must not use our website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the website; or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity. Users of this website should be at least 18yrs of age Restricted Access Access to certain areas of this website is restricted. We reserve the right to restrict access to areas of our website, or indeed our whole website, at our discretion. Indemnity You hereby indemnify us and undertake to keep us indemnified against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities and expenses (including without limitation legal expenses and any amounts paid by us to a third party in settlement of a claim or dispute on the advice of our legal advisers) incurred or suffered by us arising out of any breach by you of any provision of these terms and conditions, or arising out of any claim that you have breached any provision of these terms and conditions The Responsibility of the Customer Customers are responsible for providing information completely and accurately.  Extra care should be taken when giving special instructions. AdcockAutocare.co.uk (here on referred to as ”AA”) will not be responsible for incorrect orders or repair due to incorrect customer instruction. Payment for Work Undertaken “AA” will invoice the Client and the Client will pay the invoice, including any payable taxes at the prevailing rate according to the terms of payment detailed on the invoice. “AA” will require payment on the completion of any and all works. Default on Payments Due It is the customers responsibility to pay presented invoices from “AA” by their indicated due dates. Failure to make payments will render your contract in default. As such any works carried out to any vehicle will not longer be maintained or guaranteed. Any Parts supplied remain the property of “AA” until payment has been paid in full. “AA” therefore retain the right to secure said parts at our discretion after notification. Expenses Where “AA” are contracted to undertake works to vehicles outside of the “AA” normal place of work. Additional expenses may be payable. Prices We reserve the right to alter our prices without prior notice. Offers One offer cannot be used in conjunction with another and is based on the advertised price. Offers may be time limited. Loss or Damage Whilst every care and precaution is taken against loss or damage to vehicles and by virtue their content, entrusted to “AA”, liability for loss or damage shall not be the responsibility of “AA” unless the vehicle in question is stored within the premise. No responsibility can be claimed where a customer leaves there vehicle and contents in a public place. Damage to any vehicle caused by third party products such as oil, treatments or additives which have been used to the manufacturers specification cannot result in any action against “AA” but should be referred directly to the manufacturer. Right to Cancellation A request for cancellation of works not already undertaken can be processed and where payment has already been made refunded. “AA” will refund the amount paid less all costs incurred up to the time of cancellation including any labour costs payable. Complaints Any complaints must be logged with “AA” within 24 hours of collection of vehicle. “AA” will thereafter advise where any liability is accepted and compensate the complainant through remedial work to the satisfaction of the complainant to the original specification. Breaches of These Terms and Conditions Without prejudice to our other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, we may take such action as we deem appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the website and/or bringing court proceedings against you. Entire Agreement These terms and conditions, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of our business and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of this website. Right to Refuse “AA” reserve the right to refuse to undertake works for any reason . Law and Jurisdiction These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with Scottish law, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
